Access Provisioning for Exxat Prism:
- If you are a placement administrator and can't see the Exxat One tile on the dashboard, follow these steps. If you cannot see the Exxat One tile:
- Try logging out and logging back into the application.
- If the issue persists, please send an email to one-support@exxat.com.
For Access Provisioning or De-provisioning:
- To request access or de-provisioning, send an email to one-support@exxat.com.
Access Provisioning for Steps (V3):
Placement administrators encountering issues with the Exxat One banner on the dashboard can resolve the matter efficiently. If you cannot see the Exxat One banner:
- Attempt to resolve the issue by logging out and logging back in.
- If the problem persists, email one-support@exxat.com for assistance.
For De-provisioning:
- Identify users who do not need access to Exxat One.
- Send an email to one-support@exxat.com requesting the removal of access for the specified users.
