Overview
Exxat One has introduced a major update on September 16, 2024, with several new features aimed at improving the user experience for schools, students, and sites. This release focuses on enhancing student placement management, login processes, payment features, site onboarding requirements, and communication capabilities. Below is a detailed guide to help you navigate and utilize these new features effectively.
Login Enhancements
Exxat One has simplified the login process for students, making it easier for them to access their schedules and onboarding requirements.
Once you have been confirmed on a schedule, you will receive an email invitation with a link to log in to Exxat One.
After logging in, you will gain access to your schedule details and any related onboarding requirements.
To login and access Exxat One, perform the following:
- You will receive an email invitation once you are confirmed on the schedule.
- Click the provided link to navigate to the Exxat One login page.
- If you belong to a non-prism school, navigate to login.exxat.com from the invitation email and enter your username following which you will receive an email to set your password for Exxat One. Use this password to login to Exxat One and access the schedule details and onboarding requirements.
- If you belong to a Prism school with Exxat credentials, enter your username at login.exxat.com and navigate to the landing page, where you can enter your same password and land on Exxat Prism or Exxat One.
- If you have Prism school with university credentials, then provide your username at login.exxat.com and navigate to the landing page, where you can click Exxat One following which you will receive an email to set your password for Exxat One. Use the newly created password to login to Exxat One.
- If you are a V3 user, go to login.exxat.com and provide your username following which you will be taken to the landing page.
- Click Exxat One, after which you will receive an email to set your password for Exxat One. Use the created password to login and access Exxat One.
- View all your confirmed schedules on the My Schedules screen.
- On each schedule card, view the site name, location, shift, due date, and so on, along with the schedule status on the top.
- The Calendar view on the right, helps you to track the duration of each of your confirmed schedule.
Onboarding Status Visibility

You can view your onboarding statuses for each schedule directly on Exxat One at the top of each schedule card on the My Schedules screen. The status indicates whether you are compliant or non-compliant with all requirements.
- Non-compliant: Displayed when some or all the onboarding requirements are not yet fulfilled or approved.
- If there are pending actions from your end on any onboarding requirement, then you will see a warning icon corresponding to that requirement, signifying you about the non-compliant status.
- If the status is non-compliant and there is no warning action, then it indicates that the Onboarding review team is still reviewing the requirements.
2. Compliant: Displayed when all the onboarding requirements have been fulfilled and approved.

You can also see a detailed list of onboarding requirements for each schedule, including a progress bar at the top indicating status updates regarding all the requirements (Need Attention, Pending Review, Approved).
Viewing and Fulfilling Onboarding Requirements:
- On the My Schedules screen, view the due date of completing onboarding of each schedule and accordingly click on the required confirmed schedule.
- View the list of onboarding requirements for that schedule and their statuses. The Statuses of an onboarding requirement can be as follows:
- Get Started: Displayed when you have not started filling the requirements and it requires action.
- Pending review: Displayed when you have submitted the Onboarding requirement, but the review has not begun by the Onboarding Review team yet.
- In progress: Displayed when you are in between filling the requirement and clicked on “Save as draft”. You can always come back and fill the requirement and “Submit”.
- Approved: Displayed when the onboarding requirement submission is reviewed and approved.
- Not Approved: Displayed when the onboarding requirement submitted by you is rejected.
- Expired: Displayed when an already submitted and approved certification or vaccination kind of requirement has exceeded its expiration date.

3. Click on each requirement to view guidelines and complete necessary actions, such as filling out forms, uploading documents, or attesting to information.

4. Monitor the status updates in real-time as requirements move from Get Started to Pending Review to Approved or Not Approved.
Refill Expired or Unapproved Requirements
You can refill any onboarding requirements that are expiring, expired, or not approved to ensure they are compliant.
To Refill requirements, perform the following:
- In the Onboarding Requirements section, identify any requirements marked as Expired, Expiring, or Not approved.
- Click the required requirement to re-fill or update the necessary information.
- Submit the updated requirement for review.
Enhanced communication capabilities are available to improve interaction between students, schools, and sites.
Student-to-Site and Student-to-School Messaging
You can send messages directly to sites and schools concerning your schedules and onboarding, facilitating better communication.
Sending messages to site and school on a schedule:
- On the My Schedules screen, click the required schedule to view its onboarding requirements.
- Locate the messaging ability at the right side of the screen, where you can select whom to send message by checking the box corresponding to Site or School.
- Enter your message in the text box.
- Click Send to convey your message.
Receive messages from site and school:
You will also receive messages from the site or school concerning your schedules and onboarding. Click on a desired schedule card and locate the messages at the right side of the screen, where you can view the message and reply to the site or school.
