What’s New in Exxat One?

Exxat One released a major update on September 23, 2024. Following are the details:

View availabilities published by site partners

We are excited to let you know that you can now view the availabilities published by your site partners. This feature allows you to prioritize your exploration and applying process to availabilities, enhancing placement efficiency.

The availability that is published by your site partner would be listed with a handshake icon at the top right corner, signifying that it has been published specifically for you.

View unit description while applying to an availability

You now have the ability to view the unit description along with the availability details. Click on any desired availability from the list displayed to view its details at the right side, where now you can also view the unit description. This helps you streamline your request process by providing valuable information about the units associated with the location.

Adding faculty details while requesting for group availability slots

You can now include the faculty details (first name, last name and email) while creating a request for a group placement. This helps assigning a faculty with the group during the request process itself, and in turn streamlining the process.

View the requested date range while tracking your requests

To better enhance your request tracking process, a new requested duration column is now available in the View and Track request screen, which gives you a glimpse of the start date and end date of your requested duration.
