You can now schedule a clinical instructor on a group schedule by clicking “Schedule Instructor” under a group schedule in the grid view of schedules. After scheduling, you can select the checkbox corresponding to the instructor and click on “Invite Instructor”, to invite the clinical instructor to Exxat One and the instructor would have the following capabilities:

Fulfilling Onboarding Requirements
Clinical instructors can fulfill onboarding requirements (e.g., document uploads, attestations) and subsequently view the approval status of their submissions. An email notification is triggered to both the instructor and relevant stakeholders upon successful completion and approval of the onboarding process.
Instructors can formally submit declination's for specific site requirements, enhancing communication with schools and sites.
Messaging Feature for Clinical Instructor
Enhanced communication capabilities enable the clinical instructors to interact with students, schools, and sites effectively. They can send individual messages to students on the schedule and communicate with the site and school at an overall schedule level.
Communication channels are bidirectional. Clinical instructors can communicate with individual students on the group schedule, and students can reciprocate with inquiries regarding their schedules. Additionally, communication can occur at the instructor level.

Time Picker for Shift Preferences in Request Forms
We have introduced a time picker in the Request Form to improve the intuitiveness of shift timing entry while making slot requests, streamlining the process for users:
- 24-Hour Time Format: The selection of shift start and end times has been streamlined with the introduction of a 24-hour format dropdown menu.
This enhancement eliminates the need for manual entry, streamlining the process and improving accuracy, thereby enhancing overall efficiency.
Shift and Days of the Week Added to Key Screens
We have improved the visibility of scheduling details by adding "Shift" and "Days of the Week" columns, providing users with a clearer understanding:
- View and Track Requests Screen: The grid view now displays shift and day-of-the-week details for each slot request, streamlining the review process.
- Schedules and Onboarding Screen: The Schedules grid now includes "Shift" and "Days of the Week" columns, enhancing the clarity of scheduling information.
